LiteOn 24X SATA DVD Burner Drive Black | $
Unfortunately i built a unique system and the mobo only supports sata. Does ihas E support burning backups with the payload tool?
Score another one for OutletPC!! I make a lot of DVD’s for our theater, uw 2 or 3 thousand burns is a good track record.
Purchased this dvd drive and it did not work. So here we have it. And needing help naturally. When i try to do a quality scan of cd-r: Yes, this drive is supported by Windows 7 operating systems.
Newegg website however advertises it as kB buffer, but some users say it had kB and being revision E. What i really would like is a LiteOn blu-ray -drive, so i could do quality scans for blu-rays aswell. If you want, I can order one and ship it to you, and you would just pay me cost.
Very much appreciated ur input. For these drives Burnermax is at least enabled: That said, you should get an E or F drive these days.

With the info provided which drive would be the best?

Havent seen any reports of the F revision yet, which might be replacing E, concerning about burnermax payload tool. Maybe 2MB buffer, or not. Or if downgrade even is possible if upgraded does not work. Revisions that seemingly coexisted or overlapped are listed together.
