I have ordered a new dongle that is Windows 10 compliant so I need to remove all traces of this one. This is what I need to remove the install application. Waiting for answer from MSI! The system acts like it is uninstalling: This thread is locked. In pre-Windows 10 you could run a program by the name of FixIt from Microsoft to clean up the uninstall issues. How to make PIM Sync?

Sorry this didn’t help. The Bluetooth is still installed and I cannot add my keyboard.
Thanks to the Secunia security mailing list for this bulletin: Select Cancel and you get the same message again so I selected Cancel the second time. So I thought let’s uninstall the Bluetooth driver. Fixed in release 3.

I have over 20 years experience with IT and computers so I know how to remove and refresh devices. I am using a Targus Bluetooth dongle for my Dell Laptop because the built in stopped working after a couple of Windows 10 updates 60 days past upgrade. I have uninstalled the drivers and deleted them with the same result. I am getting sick and tired of Widcomm’s software stack, my bluetooth device will stop working if the computer has been on for a while, it needs frequent resets, widcojm.

I tried to reinstall it to see if this would clear up my keyboard problem but the install shows a new version of the program is already installed. Everything seems works properly except recieving a files from my cell phone.

Then fixit runs fine. Thanks for this temporary help. You need to click on view hidden devices in the device manager and uninstall it from there.
